blocks for Amber

Better late than never, right?

Here's two blocks that I made this afternoon. Amber and I must be on the same wavelength or something, because last weekend I picked up a yard of Amy Butler fabric from the line that Amber is using for this quilt. Using some of my fabric gave me the chance to make two blocks for Amber.

First up, I used the turquoise flower for the center.


Then I used a piece of the birdie fabric for the next block.
